Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's what you need to know.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at admin@tailydose.com within 14 days of delivery.

How to return

Once you've notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us. Items must be returned unused and in their original, unopened packaging.

Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected the returned item(s), we'll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at admin@tailydose.com and we'll sort it out promptly at no cost to you.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders can be cancelled at any time before your next renewal date. Contact us at admin@tailydose.com to cancel.
