Your order

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards via our secure payment provider.

Returns and refunds

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency selected. You can cancel at any time before your next renewal date by contacting us at admin@tailydose.com. Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle; no refunds are issued for the current cycle unless required by law.

Product information

Taily Dose is a complementary pet food supplement. It is not a veterinary medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always consult your vet if you have concerns about your dog's health.

Liability

Our liability to you shall not exceed the value of your order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
